Tariffs - International Delivery-European Union

farmacia en Casa On-Line realizes international delivery to the countries of the European Union. The distribution is realized across the postal services of every country. To improve the processing of orders, its weight is limited to 2 kg maximum. Be quiet, the Delivery is Assured from any risk that could affect it during the transport.

The available forms of payment are the Credit Card or the Deposit / Transfer in Current Account of Banco Santander. If you select Deposit / Transfer as form of payment, you will receive an order confirmation e.mail whith the nº of current account in the one you must do the deposit or transfer the price.

Very Important: The cost of sending depends on the weight of order. When you realize the order we associate 25,80 euros of cost of sending; nevertheless, once we calculate the definitive costs of sending, we inform you and return the difference to your credit card.

Delivery Times

All sending are realized by urgent way. The delivery time is from 2 to 4 working days, depending on the Country and City of destination.

GUARANTEE OF PURCHASE

farmacia en Casa On-Line only offers you quality products supported by commercial companies of the first level. Our clients have the guarantee of which all our products are ORIGINALS, since they are acquired direct to the laboratories that commercialize them or across the Cooperatives and Stores that serve to the Net of Phamacies of the Spanish National System of Health.

The receipt of the products sent by our suppliers and the manipulation of these to prepare the sending is done following an extrict quality procedure; nevertheless, it might happen that some product was defective, in whose case, farmacia en Casa On-Line would replace the above mentioned product without any cost for the client. For it, you will have to communicate it to us in a term not superior to 7 days from the date of receipt of the same one to the mail address pedidos@farmaciaencasaonline.es indicating the following information:

Name of the client
Number and date of order
Name of the product
Motive of the return

In case of treating itself about a mistake of the client, the expenses of transport and delivery will be supported by the client. All our products have a minimal guarantee of one year, or the one that the manufacturer offers if this one was top.

GUARANTEE OF RETURN

On the other hand if you does not remain satisfied with a received product, you have a term of 7 days for it return, in whose case the expenses of transport and return will be supported by the client, when it is a question of a mistake attributable to this one.

To make a return effective the products have to be in perfect conditions and to have its original packing. Once received in our company, previous checking of it condition, one will proceed the goods to the refund of its amount according to the method of payment effected by the client in the moment of the purchase.
