International Delivery Rates - EU

Farmacia en Casa Online delivers within European Union countries. For the distribution of our products we work together with the most important and reliable mailing companies in Europe. To improve the order’s processing, its weight is limited to 5 kg maximum. The Delivery is Assured from any risk that could take place during the transport.

The available forms of payment are Credit Card or Deposit / Transfer in Current Account of the of Bank Santander. If you choose Deposit / Transfer as form of payment, you will receive an e-mail with the order confirmation and the current bank account number where the payment can be transferred to.

All orders are sent with urgency. Shipment and delivery is between 3 to 8 working days, depending on the country and the city of destination.

Farmacia en Casa Online offers you quality products supported by commercial companies of the first level. We guarantee ORIGINAL products, which are acquired directly from the laboratories that commercialize them or through the Cooperatives and Stores that serve the Network of Pharmacies of the Spanish National System of Health.

The reception and manipulation of the products send by our suppliers, are prepared for sending following a strict quality procedure; nevertheless, it might happen that a product is damaged or defective. In case of damage or defect, Farmacia en Casa Online will replace the product, without any additional costs for the client. Did you receive a damaged or defect product? Please send us an e-mail within 7 days from the receipt date to the following e-mail address [email protected] indicating the following information:

• Name of the client
• Number and date of order
• Name of the product
• Damage or defect

Any additional shipping costs of returning an item are for the client’s own account, in case an error in the order was made by the client. All our products have a minimum guarantee of one year, or longer if this is indicated by the manufacturer.

Money Back Guarantee

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the delivered goods we have sent you, you have the opportunity to return your goods within 7 days after receiving. Also in this case, if an error in the order was made by the client, the shipping costs of returning the goods are for the client’s own account. 
To be able to return a delivery, the product has to be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Once we have received the product, the condition of the product will be checked. We will refund the amount of the item using the same payment method used by the client when purchasing the product.
